Delete your account

You can delete your Petliq account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the app

  1. 1Open Petliq.
  2. 2Tap the profile button on the right.
  3. 3Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email us from any address with the player name shown on your profile.

What is deleted, and what stays

  • Deleted immediately: your player name, device identifiers and all sign-in sessions. The device forgets the account.
  • Kept without your identity: the game ledger (coins, food, pets) and serial numbers, so they can never be issued twice. These records no longer point to you.
  • Backups: daily server backups that still contain the account are deleted within 14 days.
  • Deletion is final and can't be undone. Virtual items are not refunded.
